We are looking for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing, to lead our marketing team and play an important role in driving our brand forward. In this role, you will develop and execute the marketing plans for not only the Group brand but for it’s 4 divisions (IT Services, Office, Interiors and Print). Covering all aspects of marketing, including websites, Email marketing, social media, SEO and PPC, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting lead generation and grow in sales. The role also includes planning all company events, from Christmas parties, anniversary celebrations to customer conferences and internal launches.
Develop and execute a full mix marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives. Working closely with the designer and web developer to deliver impactful, high-quality on-brand marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute a robust social media plan for all divisions and group.
Lead, develop, and support the marketing team, driving professional growth and development and accountability.
Oversee the group and divisional websites, ensuring they are current, user-friendly, and accurately represent the ACS brand.
Create engaging and relevant content for websites, social, blogs, collateral, and marketing materials.
Develop a strong understanding of ACS’ culture, community initiatives, and sustainability efforts to effectively promote them both internally and externally.
Lead the development of engaging content across all platforms to attract customers and give added value.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies.
Oversee any internal or customer incentives to drive engagement and sales.
Plan and execute all ACS events, including oversees incentive trips, parties, anniversary events, and trips, ensuring they reflect the company's brand and culture.
Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all communications and event experiences align with brand values and messaging. Maintain brand consistency across the business and uphold proper brand usage.
Review, proof, and sign-off all marketing material, ensuring they are brand-compliant, and ready for print or digital publication
5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Experience in the IT industry would be extremely beneficial.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Event Management experience.
Ability to analyse data and have strong attention to detail.
