The Crown Commercial Service is the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK. We have a place on the Lot 8: Technology Catalogue Framework which offers public sector buyers a quick and easy way to source their technology Products and Associated Services. This agreement is an online catalogue which is ideal for low value and low complexity requirements.
All UK public sector organisations can access technology hardware, software and services including end user devices, servers, storage, infrastructure devices, software licences and accessories.
The supplies RM6098 covers are:
End user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobiles, and tablets
Device as a service (for example, outsourcing hardware and device management)
Consumables such as cabling, connectors, data storage and memory sticks
Commercial off the shelf (COTS) software which is commercially ready-made and available for sale, ‘as a service’, lease, or licence and is generally sourced from resellers (for example, Microsoft, VMware, Google, Oracle, ServiceNow, antivirus software and adobe)

CPC are a purchasing consortium, owned and run by the FE sector. They provide their members with specialist advice on best spending practices and how to obtain best value for money.
In 2020 we were awarded places on the Lots 1 and 5 of the ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment. These are the Desktop PC Solutions and Multi-Purpose Lots.

Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3
YPO supplies products and services to a wide range of customers including public sector organisations including, Local Authorities, Education, Housing, Charities, Central Government, Emergency Service and NHS Establishments. Our commitment to sustainability and responsible practices is evident through ACS being awarded a position on the Supply of Sustainable Hardware, Asset Recycling and Data Destruction Framework.
This framework is for the provision of, Sustainable Hardware, Asset Recycling & Data Destruction, inclusive of products and services which will provide both refurbished and new hardware as well as a complete ICT equipment solution and allow for secure decommissioning of ICT electrical equipment, including but not limited to the sanitising of data and shredding media.
The 3 Lots consist of:
