Baildon-based workplace interiors specialist ACS Interiors has won a contract to design and fit out the head office of Ecology Building Society.
The Silsden-headquartered mutual building society appointed the interiors specialist due to its expertise in creating eco-friendly and sustainable workspaces. The value of the contract is undisclosed.
Ecology is committed to building a greener society by providing mortgages for properties and projects that respect the environment and support sustainable communities.
ACS Interiors is supplying a range of innovative, environmentally friendly office furniture and products for multi-purpose and hot-desking workspaces to reduce the building society’s carbon footprint. All furnishings and fabrics are to be sourced from ethical manufacturers.
Alongside this, the interior specialist is also providing further guidance on carbon reduction initiatives which align with Ecology’s green society values.

ACS Interiors is part of the ACS Group which employs 112 people and has a turnover of £26m. Other ACS Group customers include the Police, Lloyds Pharmacy, CIT Academies and the NHS.
