We have a real culture of care here at ACS Group and with a team of 120 vibrant, enthusiastic personalities we genuinely pull together to make a difference – whether that’s for our customers, colleagues or within our local community.

OUR PURPOSE

Creating a positive impact from the inside out’ is our internal mantra here at ACS Group. We truly live by this in all facets of our day-to-day working life and try to create a positive impact wherever we can.

From hiring local apprentices and providing ongoing training and support for our colleagues – we try to make sure each member of staff feels engaged, valued and appreciated.

Together with our dedication to our team, we’ve raised over £150k for various charities over the years and undertaken a variety of volunteering projects. Giving back is in our DNA and something that we strongly believe in.

MEET FROSTY!

Meet our most popular team member – our office dog Frosty. Our loveable Cockapoo lives with Print Account Manager Chris and comes into the office every day. Since his arrival at ACS back in 2019, improved levels of wellbeing have been reported across the office and if you don’t see him, you’re likely to hear him over the phone as he’s prone to the occasional outburst!
